Searching for the ideal location for Soulhabitat One has been a two year journey. The site had to offer privacy (without any neighbours overlooking the site), while also being convenient, not isolated. The environment needed to feel wild, while at the same time not being too difficult to build on. The land had to be very beautiful, while at the same time affordable enough to provide plenty of space.
We believe that all these criteria have been met in the site we have selected for the project. It is a stunning site in an unspoilt tropical environment, with a clear freshwater stream running through it. There is a National Park within walking distance, yet it is still conveniently located; less than a 10 minute drive to town or to the best beaches. All utilities are available at the property boundary (water, electricity and fibre-optic internet).
